New car smashes land speed record   no comments

The fastest land speed record has been broken by a man named Charles Burnett III in a steam powered car. The previous land speed record had been held by a man named Fred Marriott and it was set back in the day of 1906 . Since then his record had not been beaten but now that has all changed. Saviour of the Car Industry   no comments

Indias car sales will accelerate this year as economic growth is helping these countries withstand a global slump in automobile demand, an industry group has stated. This has spurred Maruit Suzuki to increase their own investment in the region.

Automotive sales across India alone are set to steadily increase by at least 10 percent in the year to March 2010, double an April estimate for a 5 percent expansion. Read the rest of this entry »

As we progress with technology so does the car sector, there are so many new vehicles that hit the market on a daily basis, but none of these vehicles really do anything different. There is one thing that I have always wondered why the car manufacturers do not implement and that is surveillance cameras in the actual vehicles.

Businesses Forced To Reduce Their Van Fleets Again After Another Petrol Price Increase   no comments

It wasnt that long ago that business in the UK and US found themselves under a large amount of pressure when their margins were slashed due to a increase in petrol prices. Many who relied on large fleets of vans to transport goods all over the country were forced to slash employee pay and take a number of their vehicles off the roads.
